Designers’ Data

All information in the designer’s profile is their responsibility.

All articles created by the designer must be of his authorship, not assuming Confecção da Lídia, Lda any responsibility for them.

In order to be able to deal with project-related matters from the designers, we may request, in addition to the email address, the name and telephone contact.

When projects move to the online store they will be exclusive to the platform. Before progressing to that stage an agreement is made with the designer about it.

In order to deal with matters related to commercial transactions with each designer, for the commercialization of the pieces designed by you, we must have access to the following data: NIF; Name and full address; NIB or other.

This data will have to be shared with the banking institutions to make the appropriate transactions.

User Data

The following user data is collected:

Name and email, when you register on the site or in the newsletter;

Name, email, address, tax identification number, when you make a purchase;

Credit card details – name of the cardholder, card number, its validity and its security code, when paying by credit card;

Name, address, postal code, telephone contact, e-mail, purchase details, for home delivery of the purchase made;

Name, address, zip code, telephone contact, e-mail, purchase details, when there is a quality complaint, or simple exchange of item.

This data will have to be shared with the banking institutions, in order to make the appropriate transactions, and also with the company that will handle the deliveries.
